Jersey Water Works hosts its Annual Conference with a focus on “Our Commitment to Future Generations.” This event will bring together experts and stakeholders to collaborate on improving water infrastructure and stormwater management. Prepare to be part of a transformative event designed to inspire and innovate!
This year, we’re expanding our horizons with 12 engaging sessions, a noticeable increase from the 8 sessions we had in 2024. Our conference will feature a diverse range of topics to ensure every attendee finds value and inspiration.
Please note that the Conference Committee seeks not only a diversity of topics and perspectives but a diversity of presenters as well. We believe the issues of systemic racism, segregation, and our legacy of inequality in land use and redevelopment must be tackled directly and proactively.

Session Proposal Requirements
Session proposal guidelines and requirements are available as a downloadable PDF document. You must read this first, as it explains the submission process in detail.
All session proposals must be submitted via the form below. You will be asked to create a Submittable account (if you do not already have one) and enter the required information about the session proposal. You may pause your submission process at any time and resume it later.
Submission Deadline
All session proposals must be received and fully completed by September 5, 2025. Only complete submissions that have complied with all requirements will be accepted. It is strongly recommended that you submit your session proposal as soon as possible so if there are questions, we can notify you before the submission deadline.
