Welcome to the 2026 Jersey Water Works online submission portal for session proposals! 

The 2026 Jersey Water Works Conference invites proposals for workshop presentations on water infrastructure and stormwater management. Eight session slots are available. This annual event brings together state and local officials, community advocates, water professionals, and policymakers to share sustainable, cost-effective solutions for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater management.

Session Proposal Requirements

Session proposal guidelines and requirements are available as a downloadable PDF. Please review this document first, as it explains the submission process in detail.

All session proposals must be submitted using the form below. You will need to create a Submittable account if you do not already have one. You may pause and resume your submission at any time.

Submission Deadline

Submit complete session proposals by September 15, 2026. Only proposals that meet all requirements will be reviewed. Submitting early is recommended to resolve any questions before the deadline.
